Approaching from the Birmingham direction:
Take the A435, come into the centre of Alcester. Turn right into Station Road at the first set of traffic lights you come to and immediately right again into Minerva Mill. It is a large needle factory built in 1884 in the process of being renovated. Please come into the door at the end of the building nearest the gate.


Approaching from the Warwick / Stratford direction:
Take the A46 towards Alcester. Take the turning marked Oversley Green just before you get to Alcester, and follow this into town until you get to a round about with a world globe in the centre of it. Take the third exit from the roundabout and follow this road for a short distance until you get to the traffic lights. Turn left at the lights into Station Road and immediately right into Minerva Mill. Please come into the door at the end of the building nearest the gate.


Approaching from Evesham direction:
Come into the centre of Alcester from the A46. You come to a round about with a world globe in the centre of it. Take the second left and continue until you get to the traffic lights. Turn left at the lights into Station Road and immediately right into Minerva Mill.
