IRIS Smart Report allows a bodyshop manager to drill down quickly and efficiently in search of increased profitability. It enables a business to measure which type of work generates the best return through benchmarking your own work providers and comparing your own performance with other repairer’s using the system. With the introduction of the IRIS Smart Report, many bodyshops are now reaping the benefits of sharper and smarter reporting.

How Smart?

The input source is the invoices you generate, resulting in no double keying to gain the answers you need, it also ensures that you are measuring your actual sales and resulting profit at point of generation. The analysis is delivered directly through an automatically produced MS Excel report e-mailed directly to you once a month or more often if required.

  • Comparison of labour rates by vehicle manufacture, by region and work provider vs. the industry

    How independent and confidential are the results?

    The IRIS Smart Report is managed through an SQL server, this ensures that all data is secured and independently presented. It reports against all work providers with no exclusions. All users on the programme are designated a unique user code offering total confidentially.

    A number of agreements are in place with main system providers these include EMACS, BMS, Autoflow and Kerridge. If you are not using one of these management systems then a simple manual process for loading the data exists on the web or we are happy to build a link to your system provider.
